Unique opportunity!

Each presentation will take approximately 1,5 2 hours followed by 0,5 hour time for questions. The subjects to choose among are the following:

  • Qt: Making it possible to move the same source code between multiple platforms both embedded and desktop Qt is one of the most flexible software development frameworks available. The Qt presentation introduces Qt, the tools and Qt for Embedded Linux through slides and live demos.

The Qt presentation is held by one of the leading experts on Qt: Johan Thelin, author of the Foundations of Qt Development available from Apress.

  • High Speed design – FPGA enabled systems
The latest in multi gigabit transmission, 10G, 40G Ethernet within a FPGA?
Top of the line data accusation 4Gs/S ADC/DAC boards.
BitSim can support you both with the knowledge and the AMC/FMC boards!
We will also cover PCB design methodology for 2GHz+.

The presentation is held by BitSim´s Xilinx Teacher expert: Tryggve Mathiesen

  • High level synthesis The - Impulse C Advantage
Simple as ANSI C for FPGA programming, still efficient as HDL for parallelism!
    - Use Impulse C to create highly parallel, datafloworiented applications
    - Ideal for DSP, image processing and many other application domains
    - Use with or without an embedded processor

The Impulse C presentation is held by one of BitSim´s experts: Björn Langels

  • FPGA update. What is new and what is coming? The latest trends.
Low cost devices with DSP, High speed I/F – GEth, PCIe etc.

The presentation is held by BitSim´s Xilinx Teacher expert: Tryggve Mathiesen
