You may have noticed that things look a bit different around here.
Oslo, 28 September 2008 - As of today, our organization is a part of Nokia under the name Qt Software. We have built a strong Trolltech heritage over the past 14 years, and in the years to come as Nokia, we will focus on making that heritage even stronger.
Moving forward, Qt will be the focus of all we do. We have moved Qtopia into the Qt product family, and have given it a name that reflects the value it brings: Qt Extended. Qt Extended extends the functionality of Qt on embedded Linux, and you will still find the features of Qtopia Phone Edition and Qtopia Platform within its modules.
As a part of Nokia, our ambitions remain to increase investments in Qt, establishing it as the preferred application framework and user interface for commercial and open source software development – worldwide.
