Changes Qt Jambi 4.3.5_01

Qt Jambi 4.3.5_01 is a patch release, containing bug fixes and an
upgrade to Qt 4.3.5. It maintains both forward and backwards
compatibility (source and binary) with Qt Jambi 4.3.4_01.

 - QFont and similar classes use Win32 resources on Windows and needs
   now follows stricter garbage collection rules to avoid using too
   many GDI objects. 

 - Restting a delegate on an itemview would throw an exception

 - QTreeModel did not support roots with 0 children.

 - Signature of innerclasses in connection arguments can now be
   delimited using "." in addition to the previously supported "$".
