What is the program qtusagereporter?
I've found this program called qtusagereporter in my Qt 4 installation. What is it and what does it do?

qtusagereporter is a tool intended to monitor possible site / flexible licensing agreements.
qtusagereporter will try to contact Qt Software to monitor usage when a special bit has been set in the Qt license contained in the Qt license file. This is to enable level of usage monitoring without installing dedicated servers on a customer's site.
If you do not have a special site licensing agreement with Qt Software, please feel free to delete the qtusagereporter file.
