What version should I get?

If you want to target only Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and higher and 64-bit applications, download the Cocoa package. If you want to target earlier versions of Mac OS X, then download the Carbon package (the default). If you want a mix, download the source and build it the way you want.
