Qt Standard Support - 12 monthsQt Standard Support is available to all customers with a commercial, LGPL or GPL license for any Qt product. It is intended for software application developers, using our products, working at the source code level on their own applications. We provide our customers with general advice and guidance on the use of Qt APIs, functions, methods and programming techniques to the extent of providing examples wherever possible. In case of defects, we will make reasonable efforts to solve bugs in released products, and provide workarounds if possible. Every customer that purchases a Qt commercial license is entitled to our Standard Support and Maintenance program for one year. You can renew your Support and Maintenance Service on a yearly basis, however the the renewal must be done prior to expiration. |

Qt Standard Support can also be purchased as a separate product for use with a Qt open source license, such as LGPL. See here for pricing. With Qt Standard Support you receive personal, written answers. Replies are sent within four business days. Answers come directly from hands-on experts, involving members of our software development team whenever necessary. Customers can report up to 10 incidents per subscription year. One incident is a single discrete technical problem, which can not be reasonably subdivided. Qt Priority Support - Response within 1 business day
We offer Qt Standard Support customers the option to also purchase Priority Support. Customers receive 10 priority support incidents per subscription year through a dedicated, high-priority support channel. The first answer from your assigned support engineer can be expected within one business day. Additional incidents are available at an extra charge.
