- VNC: Make sure lines are updated regardless of the direction they are
  drawn.

- Ensure that active QPainter objects are updated when widget geometry
  changes.
  
- Make sure unprocessed expose events are translated when a top level
  window is moved.

- Moving a window, then right pressing and selecting maximize confused
  the window manager.

- Make QPixmap::grab() use a reasonable amount of memory when
  grabbing QScrollview.
