Changes Qt Jambi 4.5.0_01

Qt Jambi 4.5.0_01 is the first release of Qt 4.5 for Java.  It
represents a milestone in the feature development and includes bug
fixes compared to previous releases.  It maintains backwards
compatibility (source and binary) with Qt Jambi 4.4.

 Qt Jambi Library

 - Added LGPL license.

 - Added class com.trolltech.qt.sql.QSqlRelationalDelegate which
   existed in Qt, but previously had no Qt Jambi equivalent.
   
 - Due to technical issues, the method
   QAbstractTextDocumentLayout.registerHandler() was previously
   unusable in Qt Jambi.

 - removeItemWidget() in QListWidget and QTreeWidget no longer enables
   garbage collection on the item.
   
 - Avoid crashes in corner case where the QApplication instance is
   accessed after aboutToQuit signal has been emitted.
   
 - Manually emitting signals in the library which took enum types as
   arguments would have no effect.
   
 - Fixed crash when QTreeModel.index() is called with invalid
   row/column.
 
 - Added missing signals in item views API.
   
 - Fixed unexpected results when subclassing QGraphicsScene and
   simultaneously reimplementing itemChange() in a QGraphicsItem
   subclass.
   
 - Add support for signals with "long" arguments.

 - Function signatures with more than one container typed argument no
   longer generates code that does not compile.
   
 - Fixed missing functions when mapping a subclass of QGraphicsItem.

 - Setting the alignment of certain widgets would cause juic to
   generate code that didn't compile.
   
 - Using text in higher unicode ranges would generate the wrong
   strings in the resulting UI.
   
 - Setting the alignment of a QGroupBox would generate code that
   didn't compile.
 
 - Generated classes now implement QUiForm interface.
